Rate Card and Commission Terms

Age Requirement
You (the commissioner) must be at least 18 years old to reach out to me, whether the project is Safe for Work (SFW) or Not Safe for Work (NSFW).

Permissions and Collaborations
If you’re working with other writers or collaborators who aren’t part of this agreement, you’ll need to get their express written permission before we move forward.

Right to Decline or Modify
I reserve the right to turn down commissions if the content isn’t a good fit. If that happens, I’m happy to suggest alternatives that might work better.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full via OhCleo or CashApp before work begins.

Turnaround Time
The minimum turnaround time for completing the work is two weeks. I’ll keep you updated if anything comes up that might affect this timeline.

Revisions
One revision is included in the commission. If you need additional changes after that, we can discuss an extra fee.

Cancellation and Refunds
You have up to 48 hours after payment to cancel the project for a full refund. If you cancel after that period, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

Intellectual Property Rights
If you (the commissioner) provide a script for the project, you retain full rights to the written content. I maintain all rights to the audio produced from that script. You will be credited within the audio as the script writer.

Usage and Distribution
You'll receive a private download link on Soundgasm.net for your personal use. Please don’t republish or sell the work publicly without my consent.

Publishing Rights
I reserve the right to publish all commissioned audio on my Patreon account. If you prefer that the audio not be published, I offer an option for an additional fee to keep it private.
